Crafting with items stored in a vehicle leaves the weight of the items used

1) Get 105 charcoal, 105 sulphur, a carryall backpack and a mohawk.

2) Store the charcoal and sulphur in the mohawk. 

2) Craft 51 gunpowder.

3) Your mohawks inventory should now be bugged. (200/450 ish with no items in it)

4) To fix the inventory simply store and retrieve the mohawk.
