Sever thinks you have your hands up

I was at the iron mine last night and doing a gem run. when I tapped back into my game and went to mine it gave me the message 'you cant do this while you surrender'. I tried pressing tab, firing my gun and getting my mate to knock me out to try break out of the animation but none of that worked.
