To those who don't know me, Hi, my name is KennyBoo and I am the Team Manager of the former Civilian Contractor group - AInc. Having AInc being disbanded a few months back and coming back to visit my home town Altis, I have noticed that the streets are no longer safe. The increasing use of drugs on the street are tearing families apart, rebel gangs roaming altis and preying on vulnerable honest workers and the government - corrupted as ever before. Now, I have to be honest here, starting up AInc again is not going to be an easy task, we do not have the manpower that we use to possess. However, it saddens me to see that Altis has become what it is. So, if there is a strong enough demand for a safe, fair, and clean Altis again, together with the support of you - Altians, AInc might be returning to Altis, to stop the rebel s***s and to once again be recognized as an organised, well- disciplined and well-respected group.

Evening all [AInc-03-CoT] Sam here, Well, this is very interesting news for me to come back to after my time away. Personally i'd like to talk to as many people in the community as possible about AInc and how they all feel about it, also have a chat to senior admins etc as leopard said above. I'd like to come back, i know i left on terms that were "rocky" per say. But hey maybe we could all just start again from scratch. But i'd love to catch up with people in the coming days, i'll be on the Strayagaming TS if anyone wants to come in have a chat/catch up/discuss things i'd be more than happy to. Also, hello everyone once again! We'll see what the next few days/week unfold.

When I first started on Altis it was AInc that showed me the ropes helped me by buying me licenses and giving me jobs. I think it was a big loss for Altis when AInc left. Massive in balance as rebel activity went through the roof. I started RAT logistics to try and help new people to Altis by giving them a job to get some money saved. With 4x hem/box trucks I hire new people to drive. Each truck has all the gear they need backpack, Picks, tool kit, health packs and so on. I pay for their license and run security. It was working good we all were making a bit, having fun getting robbed sometimes and killing the odd rebel trying to rob us. But lately its just too one sided with no support losing trucks kidneys and all the gear just about every run I have stopped hiring and helping new guys and just do my own thing these days. There is just so many large rebel gangs these days with no real deterrent the general civ has no hope. So I would just love to see a group like AInc back on Altis "YES PLEASE"

A little back story of AInc Acquisitions Incorporated started off as a Logistics Company. We are simply just a group of honest, hardworking people taking on honest jobs such as the mining of salt, glass and diamond. These jobs or operations involve the use of very huge and expensive assets. Being a big and I would say well-off group, we were often targets for local rebels to make a quick buck. As such, we would hire external contractors to provide private security for us. However, due to the fact that they were external, most of the time, these contractors proved inefficient and we would end up losing our assets, and the company was make huge losses. As a countermeasure to our losses, our CEO - Stalker, together with the team managers sat down, discussed and decided to start up a Security Division. The Security Division comprised of AInc's best men. They were well-trained, well-disciplined and well-respected. Initially, the security division was only meant for company operations. But soon after, Altians started to see the increasing presence of AInc's large convoys moving freely within Altis, together with it's Security Division as rebels and thieves feared coming back out on the streets. From then on, AInc's Security Division started getting calls from other company's and at times even the Altian Government. Since then, there have been issues with the Government at this stage, I personally (I can't speak for the group as a whole) have no problem with. An integral part of the group will no longer come back to Altis. I on the other hand, would like to come back home. So, for those of you telling me "oh I should sit down and talk things out with the Government first before making my return, yes I should, but I don't intend to for now". Why? The AInc that I love, unfortunately will be a memory. I don't like politics, but what I love, and wish to see more of, is people helping one another. So the main reason I intend on bring AInc back is to help others. I want to bring back a group that aims to help others. A group that laughs in the good times, and stick by each other in the bad times. A group that is coordinated, organized, disciplined. A group that is well-respected and much loved by the community that is StrayaGaming. So in terms of our "Security Checks", I will not be running them unless I am able to clear up with the local government. AInc will be going back to its logistics operations. As of now, the group (by group I mean on SG Altis Life) consists of only myself. I will be trying to get back some of the boys, but I am definitely looking for new members. If a main goal of working for AInc is to make a profit, then unfortunately I cannot promise you that as of yet (All my vehicles and weapons got wiped), but I can definitely promise you an experience that you would never forget.

Would love to see Ainc back on Altis. The Civilian Contractor Roleplay section on the Altis Life Rules fit Aincs motives perfectly. I think you guys as a whole, need to have a sit down with senior staff and clear the path of any "vines" that could cause any issues. Prior to your return. Apart from that I'm keen to see you guys around shortly!

We are working hard on altis life and I would look forward to having some massive roleplay stuff added... I am looking at adding things like offices and that for company's. But yet we are still working on the main frame. The main bulk on the new version will change the over powered guns issue. I hope.

The narrative and roleplay you brought into the server was a unique and somewhat intriguing one. I for one, would LOVE to see Ainc back into the Altis Life community. Here's a few things that have changed/are changing. Marc_R is now the commissioner of the police force. There are LOTS of new Moderators and Support Staff being moved in/up to higher roles. The way the police force operates is beginning to change drastically, we are branching out further then ever before, we are stepping up patrols in Melbourne, Brisbane and sydney. In MY opinion, some of the new changes that have come to the police force mean it's MUCH more organised, we have a great team of active Inspectors/chief inspectors that are keeping the lower ranks in line, and a great team of Sergeants/Senior Sergeants that are keeping everyone trained. One of the reason you might have seen the heightened rebel activity on the streets is due to the fact that the police are currently in a "Transitional" period. We are still implementing lots of new systems and methods, along with a whole new set of 10-codes that are Assignment based. Each police unit is going to be assigned a task, they will report on the progress of that task, when the task is complete and how it went. This new method from what I have observed, avoids communication clutter, avoids pointless deaths and improves "Morale", having a SET TASK that you are to perform. The Ranking officer online assigns these tasks to each unit. (General Duties is still an assigned task). Well there's my little paragraph on how the cops have changed. How has AINC Changed? what are your numbers like now, what are your goals, objectives and what is your roleplay narrative. These are things I'd be curious to know, either way I'd like to see ANIC return. - Nclem.
