I also aim to train as many people as possible as i find i slight piece of enjoyment in doing training and helping them improve, I also believe Academy will best use my skills i have already developed and also teach me new skills. Academy is also something i aimed to join a while ago but felt there where to many restriction, but now time has passed i feel that the restrictions have been lifted and have given me new opportunities within the APD. What can you bring to the Academy? (50 words min)?: In my eyes Academy needs constant work and maintenance and require time,skill & persistence. I have showed this skill back when i was sergeant and inside POLAIR with my active training but i also showed this skill when i was senior sergeant when i took charge and re did all academy training documents, and then there is more recently how i gave Micheal Steiner Training Prototypes as i saw the need for change and acted on it. Do you wish to work primarily in Enlistment or Training? Why? (50 words min)?: I would like to primary work on/with training and Documentation and Polair as it was something I enjoyed and I do see it as something that has to be done so I’m happy to be the one doing it. Also I don’t mind doing Enlistment however I don’t have much experience in Enlistment so I will require training/help in that department. How much time can you dedicate to the Altis Police Department Academy?: I am happy to dedicate whatever time I am free on Straya gaming, and I’m also happy to get off the server to do Academy trainings, interviews and more. Have you ever been the subject of Disciplinary Action within the APD? Unfortunately the trial with starting a KOTH server has not worked out how we would have hoped. Due to this we will be closing the server at the end of this payment period. The server will be turned off around 6pm on the 06/09/2019. Thanks, SG Management

(50 Words min) I believe I deserve a promotion to the rank of Seargent due to the amount of time and dedication I put towards the APD. Whilst being a Senior Constable I have dedicated a lot of my time to helping new players when it comes to needing their trading done or when they have questions on the APD protocols. I believe as a Senior Constable I have proven that I would be a very valuable asset to the APD as a seargent when it comes to operations or banks as I would be able to pull out Hunters for other officers aswell as setup drones to give intel about the situation. All these reasons I have stated make my believe I deserve a promotion to the rank of Seargent. Who would recommend you for a promotion? @Bill Props @China @Citric @hugot

Dear straya gaming community for anybody that whitnessed my behaviour the other day i would like to apoligize for what i did i fully regret what i did too this day. I would like to get unbanned this is why i am apoligising people were saying mean things to me and it was making me frustrated leading me to saying the things i said Im Sorry @Kat. for the things i was saying too you im sorry @Chadd for using your gang skins without your permission i didnt want any of this to happen i was just getting frustrated and let all my words out and i know you guys didnt like it and i willl not do it again I will not say any of those thing that i said to people again i would like to change . once again i apoligize for my action i hope you guys accept my apology this will not happen again and will not say those things about the SG satff i love straya gaming and i dont want to be banned i hope you take this into consideration thanks.
