Dear Straya Gaming, It is with a heavy heart that I write this message but, myself and also speaking for @John Paul are formally announcing our resignation from Straya Gaming. After two and a half years of service with one of the best Australian community's (And still is). To the current/retired staff: I like to think that I earned your respect over the years and wanted you to know you've earned mine. I will remind you all to perform your duties as best you can, but with some parting advice: Do not follow blindly, stand up for yourselves and make sure you express whatever differences you have and stick to your beliefs. Remember, mean what you say and do what you say; HONOR, INTEGRITY, and RESPECT cannot be purchased at ANY price. And if you are to be damned by anyone, be damned for who you are. To the members: You guys make up this community as a whole. How Straya Gaming proceeds in the future is up to you. Take measure of what you have here currently and do whatever you can to make this a better place. Stand up for yourselves and your fellow members. As for me, I feel that I possess neither the constitution nor the strength to remain here. I think back on the times I've had here, the friends I've made over the last two years, the people I've met, and can't help but to wonder if anything could have been different to prevent me from taking this course of action. I concluded the answer is no. I like to think I've been able to help the people in this community and have helped make the community better as a whole. My hope is Straya Gaming can continue to produce quality, respected members throughout the gaming community. I would like to thank all of the members in Straya Gaming for their continued support. I will no longer wield the power to command. As I leave you all today, I wish to say the honour was to serve, both as a leader and as a member. Well this was a LOT of fun, TS was cracking up. Controlled Chaos TM. Onelap of Kavala lopp, swapped up the vehicles, had 10-15 racers going at some points, RP it with the Cops that it was illegal Street Race and they got to chase down some of the guys.

With the release of the new rules. An issue came to light regarding the need for 6 cops to be present on the server to rob a player at any given time or location. I have started a poll to see how many people approve of this new rule.

You both have contributed hugely to how amazing our community has become, and we truly can't thank you enough. You may have left management, but hey, you'll always be apart of 'our team'. I look forward to seeing you both around sometime.

So we cant rob people in melbourne? That is BS. Cops dont even go to melbourne.

Doesn't make sense because the cops won't respond to a robbery all the way out at weed field and most likely anywhere past there.

1. Before any " POLICE COUNT MUST EQUAL " rules .... THIS server needs an indicator on the player HUD that clearly shows the amount of POLICE , EMS etc online. IE: POLICE: 5 : EMS: 2 :CIV: 39: Players can clearly see the amount of police etc. Because NO ONE is checking the map and player list while actively chasing someone down to see if they can scroll thru 40+ players and count the amount of cops online. There not. And they shouldnt have to. 2. KEEP IT SIMPLE. POLICE RULES : @ Police count of 0 : PLAYERS CAN DECLARE OUTSIDE OF SYDNEY PLAYER ROBBERIES ON ANYONE OUTSIDE OF SYDNEY PLAYERS CAN BE KIDNAPPED OUTSIDE OF SYDNEY KIDNAPPED PLAYERS CAN BE SOLD TO OTHER PLAYERS AS HOSTAGES. PLAYER THEFT SERVER WIDE @ Police count of 2 or more : Following condition is allowed ---------------------------------------- SERVICE STATIONS CAN BE ROBBED SERVER WIDE - Script condition = Police Count = <1 then allow . Still means free drug runs for people early in the morning like PNX cant go taxing because its classed as robbing, Also rebel gangs can rob people so there isn't any point of rebel gangs being on until peak hour even though it's our roleplay reason of a rebel gang?...

I can't agree with not being able to rob people when there is less then 6 cops on, understandably in Sydney because it would just become a Camp and Kidney. Honestly I don't really think it matters either way, I don't see it really affecting people that much..
