Why do you deserve a promotion? (50 Words min) It is my personal opinion that i embody the necessary requirements of someone who deserves the rank of Sergeant. I am currently the sole Trainer of PolAir not counting PolAir DivCom as well as looking to expand my responsibilities into Academy [Currently Trial]. As an individual within the APD, I am knowledgeable in server rules as well as PolAir & Police Protocols; Other than being a role model at this current stage of my enlistment [Snr Const.] I believe gaining the rank of Sergeant would not only greatly benefit myself but the APD itself. My Rank would assist me in teaching and visually aiding new trainees and those who are willing to go into full time enlistment on how to conduct themselves who will become responsible and respectful officers yet also enjoy their stay within the APD. If my promotion is successful, it would allow for more candidates to be promoted to Snr Const. as well as open doors for me and the APD where i could further attain responsibility. Hey all, My time staffing StrayaGaming has been thoroughly enjoyed, and I cannot be more grateful for all of the wonderful experiences I have had here, however I believe the hour of my retirement has come. I have been humbled by the staff and the community on more occasions than I can recall in good faith, and I want to give a massive thank you to everyone putting their best foot forward for this community. Shoutout to @Fitz @Slep. @Lotza @BridTheAtl and @James32 for being legit weapons. I hope to see you out there some day in the future, but for the meantime, I wish you all the best.

There's been some confusion regarding the Altis Life Laws and the contents of it. Some lawyers and civilians use this to their advantage as most people are clueless of what it is, i'm suggesting that a basic revision/quiz of said laws are to be included into the Constable training, Constable is a rank where you often take charge in processings, from my experience at least, and can encounter people that often use these. An example of which is if you clock someone at 200km/h you must deduct 10% of the total, only being able to charge them with 180km/h etc. This is just something that has been brought up a few times recently and I believe would be a decent idea. It broadens roleplay and would broaden said officers knowledge of charges etc.
