(50 Words min) I'll be brutally honest, I strongly believe I deserve this role, I have proven my ability in the time I have been able to officially lead and proven that I can keep situations in order, units in line and operations successfully contained. I have had a few people commend me on how I can lead and keep the SYD LAC in order and I am very proud of that. Another reason I deserve a promotion is because I am very hard working and dedicated, I have made plans for the APD such as a bank strategy etc and I thoroughly enjoy taking my own time to study the map and think of new plans and ways that the APD GD Units can operate on patrol that can ensure a swift and successful patrol. Hence why I think I would be a perfect Sergeant as I would be a role model and great teacher to all of those officers below me and help them become a better officer. Who would recommend you for a promotion? Fixed for next restart

Hey all, My time staffing StrayaGaming has been thoroughly enjoyed, and I cannot be more grateful for all of the wonderful experiences I have had here, however I believe the hour of my retirement has come. I have been humbled by the staff and the community on more occasions than I can recall in good faith, and I want to give a massive thank you to everyone putting their best foot forward for this community. Shoutout to @Fitz @Slep. @Lotza @BridTheAtl and @James32 for being legit weapons. I hope to see you out there some day in the future, but for the meantime, I wish you all the best.

Friday nights and weekends are always a bit more chaotic than other times. I had an in-game discussion tonight with Stephen and Wolvren about restricting some slots to players with a minimum number of server hours (say 50) over the busier periods. Maybe include medics, ironside and pilot slots as having minimum number of hours logged on server. If nothing else but as a way of eliminating frustration from the rest of us.. Thoughts?
