King of OG Oi Oi Gamers, the AL Staff Team lead by @Archie Poland will be hosting a "King of OG" event where gangs (or individuals) must hold OG (Capture Point 3) for 10 minutes against all participating parties. The Key Details When: Friday 5th of June at 7pm AEST Where: OG aka Capture Point 3 All Parties are encouraged to join AL Events TeamSpeak prior to the event starting for briefing The Rules The Gang or Individual that holds OG (Capture Point 3) for 10 minutes will be declared the winner If another Gang or Individual takes over OG, the timer will be reset to 0 No Sniping / Roaching past 600m No Restrictions on Gear - None will be provided by Staff Should multiple gangs / individuals be contesting OG, the gang with the most members at OG will be declared as capping OG Only SRT may contest whilst under Police Tags following correct escalation procedures. Should other officers wish to contest, they must do so under Civ Tags and Civ Faction All Gang Members must be under Tags or be counted as an Individual The Reward The Winning Gang or Individual will receive 4 million each (for up to 10 participating members) A Crate containing 2x T5 and 3x T4 Weapons will be dropped onto Rebel Island during the Event Senior Staff may also provide additional rewards for noteworthy plays / achievements Rules may be adjusted by AL Senior Staff prior to the event commencing

Evening All, As you may have noticed over the past couple of months, we have received a lot of donations. We are extremely grateful for this and cannot begin to thank you all enough. We are now well on our way to fulfilling one of our dreams - purchasing our very own physical server! This is where we need your help. We are looking to raise a further $2000 towards this goal by June 30th. All donations will count towards this goal. The server we are looking at purchasing will house a single Xeon E-2288G, an 8C/16T processor running at 3.7GHz (Boost to 5.0GHz). This processor is significantly faster than the 7700k’s that it will be replacing. As such, we should see greater performance for existing services and may allow additional room for expansion and community servers. Once we have purchased the new server we can drop 2 of our existing monthly dedicated servers, reducing our monthly running costs significantly. The money saved from dropped servers will be reinvested into the community over time. All members who contribute to this donation goal will receive a Special Edition IAward on the forums. If the goal of $2000 is reached by June 30th, all contributors will also receive a commemorative Discord rank. (50 Words min) Whilst i have been senior detective i have enjoyed every minute of it, From taking CO on GD, to helping Pull hunters for banks i have learnt a lot. I believe i deserve a promotion because of the immense amount of effort i put into the APD and detectives. I am actively taking CO, completing inductions as well as helping other up and coming members of the APD to strive to do better. Further more i have been putting a lot of time into CIU, from House painting, to House Raids i have really started to Learn fully what it takes to Be apart of CIU. StrayaGaming Staff Application Changes Hey everyone, Hoping to make the process as smooth as possible, there has been an update to the way staff applications will be managed here on our forums. Gone are the days of manually copying a template over into a new post, as our new system will make use of a format similar to that of our current support system. Now you'll simply be able to fill in a simple easy to use form to put your application in! To the many applicants waiting on the status of your submissions, we highly recommend re-applying through the new system as applications will not be carried over. Additionally, you may notice various tweaks to the content of our applications, which should assist management in keeping the staff team great ?. For those interested in applying for the Community Team, the previously three applications have been merged into one, with those interested in branching off into either graphics or video production now required to submit any accompanying media directly to a Community Team Leader. For those re-applying, plenty of the questions on the application should feel familiar, and as always, if anyone does have any questions or issues regarding either the new application process or the applications themselves, please feel free to contact a staff member.
