Throughout my time, I've influenced and helped others progress and achieve what they wanted to achieve. I deserve Sergeant as im dedicated towards encouraging and supporting other individuals within the APD to achieve their goals, this is accomplished by educating, training and informing the correct and mature way to handle situations. i feel as though i can be a effiecent leader and help officers to reach there full potential in leadership and combat.
