Name: Brandon Date of Disciplinary Action: 19/12/2017 What Disciplinary Action was placed against you: I untied a hostage accidentally, and he got away, this man had a high bounty that i was unaware of, i am really sorry and would like to be un-blacklisted for this disciplinary action, I really am sorry. I may have caused some other issue apart from this but i was not notified of this. Who were you Disciplined by: Frank -- cop. Why the appeal should be accepted: Because I believe it was extremely harsh to Blacklist me for life Because of this Action. I wish to be given another chance, All i want to do is enjoy myself on this amazing server with my mates as cops.
