Police Academy would assist in helping me surround myself better with the APD, and it would let me do my part in helping make the Altis Police Department a more enjoyable experience for first-time recruits, as well as new whitelists. To go along with this I also am very experienced in real life with training and educating within the Australian army cadets. With this, I am often appointed to train new cadets that come through into the unit. This has helped me develop my communication skills and I believe these could correspond to the APD Academy team. I have developed more maturity, unlike my old self who was that annoying kid. Another reason why was my dedication I had towards the APD as i was online basically every day helping out with GD and leading with a good example and always providing a positive and growth mindset towards tasks. my final reason, why is because I am a very disciplined person due to my involvement in the Australian army cadets. (50 Words min) i think i deserve a promotion because of the dedication i put into the apd as i am on almost every night supporting other officers through their troubles. I have great leadership skills due to my position as a corporal in the army cadets i speak very clearly to my fellow officers to make sure they get the job done. Another reason why i deserve a sergeant position is that i love being in charge of people i take the co role as much as possible when it is available i love to take it because i love to see junior officers take the leap forward because of me giving them the opportunities to take part in diffrent role so they can get an idea of what every role in the apd offers. I believe the more opportunities you give to junior officers the more likely they will want to continue their career in the A.P.D.
