Reason for Disciplinary Action against you: Doing donuts in a police car causing an officers death and not listening to CO

Why the appeal should be accepted: [50 Words] I think the discipline i received was unfair and harsh. i was brought into a channel with command and they showed me a video of me doing donuts in a police car and unfortunately causing an officers death who at the time was placing placeables down and he walked into my car as i was parking causing the car to fly and his death. In regards to me not listening to CO i thought i was joking at the time as i did follow CO's instructions i said i refuse to go with who i was partnered with and wanted to go out by myself sarcastically. 

Any other information: I reenlisted in the APD to work my way up the ranks and have been active and participating in police activites, following protocol and being very active over the past week since being promoted to Prob. Constable and i think i deserved a verbal warning or a strike. A demotion was very heavy handed i believe as it was all intended in good fun.
