3 seconds. @Dr. Psycho Besides, I was just saying that instead of me pulling my gun out after 3 seconds, it won't pull out at all.

Actually you could shoot from any car that you can wind a window down on, heck you don't even have to wind the window down! Shoot the glass.

Instead of delaying me bringing out my weapon, when I get out of a car it doesn't bring it out at all, I have to manually equip it - It's very annoying when I try to get out to pop someones tyres etc.
