A3L and all the other modded versions of arma 3 have been discussed and answered all you need to do is search the forum for your answer but in regards to other modded servers, since space engineers is still currently in the lead on the voting poll that game is heavily modifiable and there is thousands of really great mods for that game but now it's in the hands of the powers that be whether or not if they will host that one. Time will tell I guess.

The ideas of other game servers are not limited to variety for current members, it is also focused on gaining more members leading up to making strayagaming the community of choice for many due to the diversity of gaming available and place it as number 1. I personally think that now is as good a time as any to introduce new game servers and having the community decide what games they should be seems to be the most logical thing to do.

Seems like the 2 most popular game servers in this thread is CSGO and Space Engineers, does anyone else have a suggestion for a different game server or a particular mode for the above?

The funding required for a space engineers server is not that expensive either, anyone could get one with 30 slots for under $60 per month, although strayagaming would get it cheaper due to having a community based account with the provider.

I used to play the old version of space engineers on an old toshiba laptop: gt540m gpu, 2.2ghz i7, 6gb 1600mhz ram. Yeah I know pretty shit system, but I was able to run the older version before planets were in and I could build large structures and only ended up with mass fps drops once there was damage done to the structures like what a warhead does. Mind you this was when the game was dx9. For anyone who wants to be able to play they would need at a minimum a gpu that supports dx11as thats required for planets.

I agree with starting with 20-30 slots but if your pc can't handle the new version of space engineers due to planets then how do you even run arma 3?

The size isnt really the issue, it is more the complexity on a large scale that would be the problem but also you wouldn't want the slot capacity higher than 40 anyway. So if the world was set at max 12 mods, 40 slots max on survival mode, floating objects no higher than 400 and have debris despawn turned on the server would run fine. But remember that the mods you would have to install server side is only physical mods, anyone who joins can use blueprint and script mods client side only.

But for it to bring people together in gameplay it should have prefab structures like spaceports and outposts. I do already have a few designs which would suffice.

A DayZ strayagaming style rp server would be awesome, as it currently has the best framework for an rp game even though it is still in alpha release, also if there is a space engineers server I will put my hand up for participating in world creation and modding as I have run my own space engineers servers before and know how it's done.

Exactly, police procecutors not police officers, the only business the police themselves should have in the court rooms is when they are called in to give a statement or evidence, the court rooms should be left in civilian control as they are the neutral party between criminals and law enforcement.

Same from me as well, don't be lazy and waste the time of the medics. Play it as you would in real life like call a taxi or a friend to pick you up or if your a petty criminal steal a car and risk jail time and fines.

The police should not be directly involved with court cases as it is in real life, if they had that kind of authority over the court rooms there would be no need or even point in having lawyers as the police could deliberately leave out key facts, the only way I can see this working is if there is government appointed attourneys instead of police.

I'll agree with you until they start releasing dx12 versions of the games we love then amd will be far superior, you can't argue with that.

For all of those AMD VS Intel retards, you can see my rig is AMD and I'm able to run 3840x2160 resolution and getting a comfortable 40fps.

Is there any possible way to get the server files if they are no longer being used? I could have a play with whatever isn't working and see if it's fixable? Not saying i'm a coder or anything but I am a tinkerer and I mess around with PBO's from time to time.
