Second Demotion: The Second Demotion was giving to me on the 21st Of September, I was Demoted for Joking around and telling someone to Die, I in all cases did not mean for this to hurt the person . Suspension: I was Suspended on the 26/09/2017. I was Suspended for join the LAC channel when there was a meeting going on, [ No one told me there was a meeting and the channel Name and Description did not state there was one] so i joined the channel and Said "Whats up My Dudes" and I was Moved out and Asked why. Name: Mr Miller Callsign: O29W Date of Disciplinary Action: 21/09/2017 What Disciplinary Action was placed against you: Demoted Who were you Disciplined by: Mitch Reason for Disciplinary Action against you: I was the start of a fed and we were all at Melbourne PD Getting ready to leave, i did not have a partner at this time and i saw Mitch alone out the front of PD. I went up to the strider and ask him " Come on let me in please" after me saying that a few times he said "go away and get a hunter" as i was running away as a friendly banter joke i said "come on Mitchy don't me rude... Go die in a hole.. Jk" he dragged me out of the channel and ask me if it was appropriate and i said it wasn't no and said sorry he went quiet for a minute or 2 and i ask him if i could go back up to the Op room and continue the FED. He replied with something like " are you trying to be smart" and i said no because i said what i needed to say and said sorry and i was asking to go back to the FED he said after that " I'm thinking i shouldn't let you do the fed" i said "come on man" was a few for mins of silence and i said well im moving down so i did and nothing happened from there on. Why the appeal should be accepted: I believe my appeal should be accepted because a I understand that what i said can be hurting and could have a affect on him, but i did not know at the time that it would have a affect on him, I truly meant it as some friendly banter that goes around. After i was demoted i had a chat to someone and even they said some of the time they throw stuff like that around as a joke, and That all i meant for it to be.
