It also says that it failed to administer the patch kit, yet it disappears from inventory. Its kinda major cause it caused me to get shot a few times when I was fleeing from cops and hiding, but my head peaked over the wall and i got tased. Notes: - Car is still fully driveable - Can be corrected by re entering the car or putting on seatbelt (But can be activated with belt on) - Can not shoot weapon - Can give the good ol razzle dazzle with your hands if you turn the car
