Donk has had his rusty times and shown a bit of resilience and shows the true values of an officer, completely deserving the rank of Sergeant. His dedication and quick change of attitude towards cop is immenseful. He's a changed person and his maturity grows every minute I speak to him.

Steve as shown great initiative and leadership amongst his time as a Senior Constable. His recent incline of dedication and commitment to the cop force has shown great results, with a couple successfully commanded banks and GD running smoothly. His organisation and responsibility of officers is impeccable. Steve is completely liable in the position of Sergeant and is well over due to a promotion. He serves all the necessary values and qualities and in general is a genuine person to speak to.

The new StrayaLife doesn't have a decided time of arrival just yet, Connor and further staff are helping to develop it and try go as quick as possible, in my eyes i say why not join back. You'll have a good amount of time to play, a couple of months at least. The reason for the lengthy reset is due to the depth and coding amongst this "Update" of such. But you will definitely have enough time to make sufficient money and have some fun.

Spark a bit of a discussion, but recently thoughts of the AL Straya Beats channel has continually being popping into my head. Personally i get a lot of complaints about my beautiful singing and get told "I'll literally slit ur voice box open" -@Anti-Wingman Whether this be a suggestion for a private channel or just a simple add-on to the AL Straya Radio. I think this will promote people to release their inner voice. Bitta roleplay is very nice, plus Radio bot is that easy to setup, permissions can be placed in like 5minutes and for a bit of late night/early morning boogie this channel would be brilliant. I understand where your point of bank situations and detrimental positions where you are not willing to risk jail time for the gear or items you have on you. Under this circumstance this is the reason the APD use knockdowns or tasers in situations where a highly wanted criminal or a suspect performing illegal activity is outnumbered, allowing us to easily disable the criminal with a couple tasers. Obviously in the involvement of "One Shot, One Taze" this is obviously a bit glitchy allowing the suspect a bit of lenience or luck involved. Some tazer rounds won't register, especially knockdowns. But yes in the circumstance that officers are using knockdowns or tasers is most likely in a situation of evading or high individual criminal activity. Alex has slipped under the radar for a long period of time and is most commonly not known. He's an excellent bloke and knows what and how to do his job correctly. His skills in POLAIR are demonstrated heavily through GD and on the ground. Unfortunately much like a lot of people Alex has not been noticed for a large amount of his time as Senior Constable. With the removal of Leading Senior Constable opens a gap in which i believe Alex can fulfil. He has extremely good potential and will continue to pursue his skills in combat, tactical and communicative operations. He is one for the team and always considers others before himself, not only does he hold the rare value of empathy, but knows how to use it. Countless opportunities have shown up, with issues stirring up, which Alex has handled and mediated brilliantly i can definitely see Alex in the position of Sergeant as he moves along the Cop force and possibly extending to Academy. (50 Words min) I know I've had my ups and my downs amongst the cop force and I've come across some heavy road bumps, with the conclusion of me taking a break off cop for a short time and stepping down a few positions. This mainly stirred up due to confusion and unsteadiness amongst the cop force. The grounds and the platforms that were laid didn't seem steady and I didn't find myself comfortable in a position of which I was in. But later seeing a change and a detrimental reversal in power and leadership amongst the cop force in general I made the decision to return. In the first place I should've grown some patience and stayed, I had put hours, days and weeks into my dedication to the cop force before I stepped down. And I wish to continue my hard working, commitment towards the APD. I think I deserve a promotion as I put countless time into Cop, trying to make a change, I want to teach and spread the knowledge of everyone, I want to see a new cycle of well trained, experienced officers. I feel in the position of a small leadership role as a CO gives me the ability to open up and adleast give the slightest of enhancements to the officers I'm leading. Zesty isn't just a brilliant bloke, but a brilliant officer. He displays his combat, communication and tactical skills through the occasional GD, SRT Movements, Banks, Feds and more. (50 Words min) I believe i deserve a promotion due to several values that i have demonstrated for the APD, i don't aim for this to sound cocky or boastful, but i feel there are many reasons i should be allocated to the ranking of Sergeant. I am often seen around the APD, playing quite actively as well as leading the units and other officers with a good example. I minimise comms, relay key information and most importantly teach the other officers to have these necessities. I feel i am widely mature for the range of operations and challenges we face as the APD day to day, I feel belonging to the APD and believe that i am worthy of a promotion to Sergeant.
