2.8 - Rebels may not enter city limits with Rebel gear or vehicles without a valid RP reason. This is inclusive of armoured apparel (IE vests and helmets), concealing clothing (Balaclavas) and weapons. Kav does need fixing, but this ain't it, cops are going to abuse this. They already do it when they "check your vehicle registration", they just want your bounty
