A formal letter has been delivered to the Police department, and various different government officials and all Media outlets throughout Altis. The letter reads. "To whom it may concern, My name is Tobius Chrome, I live in the city of Melbourne, A town so filled with criminals and crime, that any infrastructure that we once had has vanished, Family's are going hungry, Children, are resorting to petty crime and stealing from what few shops remain open, so that they can go to sleep with some food in their stomach. I have included a photo in this letter of my family, now what i have not mentioned is that my children have become addicted to drugs, probably dead by now it has been so long since i saw them last. My wife was taken by a rebel group that comes in to the town in these big vehicles of war, and causes mayhem and menace, at every chance. So now I live in constant fear, as a broken man, seeing my family torn apart by raiders, criminals and thugs. The police presence has not been felt here after the police pulled out during a previous encounter with gangs, leaving us high and dry, I write this in the hope that someone will read this, someone will do something about this. Because we can't survive much longer... Please.. Help us... "

After doing runs lately I have recently found out there is no need for doing drug runs. As they weigh too much and take more time to do. I have realised running regular diamonds makes 1.4mil with a Hemmit,Tempist and Zemek in about 10-15 minutes. When it takes a Huron,Zemek and 2 Mohawks to make 1.2mil doing heroine. Which in end makes illegals useless to the game tbh in real life cocaine would way a lot less than diamonds considering its a powder Running most illegals (except for weed) you take the risk of going to rebel island which its not worth it if you make less money and it is more time consuming. So in my opinion illegal prices need a massive raise or they need weight reduction. Love what you boys are doing keep it up Owen
