Does this rule mean that if cops are engaged in a combat situation at another location and a bank gets hit, those cops are no longer in dec and are immune from being killed? Because if that's the case it would cause a lot of confusion and I don't see why it's fair to the players who were engaged in combat with cops to have their dec called off.

My bad, was just skimming through the rules and the format makes the subrule a bit difficult to read.

@bodyboarder2528 this means if police enter this 2km radius they are involved in the bank situation meaning the declaration still stays active although the police can not be touched by those that they are in declaration with as they are in response to the Bank as they are in an active 2km radius of the bank meaning it would be third party if the people engaged the police in a 2km radius of the bank.

What if people happened to be strolling by then the cops decced on them. Rebels are in a 2km radius (not decced) then the cops dec on them

You answered your own question? Nobody is hitting bank in your situation.

Someone was hitting bank, then another gang was just driving past. (Ex: The gas station near Westpac & Gang Hideout)

@Jot I'm not sure if this is the answer you are looking for as your question is quite general, but in that case if a rebel gang was driving near Westpac Bank and it was robbed by another gang, the rebel gang that is un-associated just driving past has to make attempts to leave the 2km radius and not engage in the gang robbing the bank.

Nvm here, I'll give the exact incident:
1.GS or AoW was robbing Westpac

    2. We set up on Mil Hill (Cops)

    3. SO was refuelling at the Gas Station near Lakka

    4. We spotted SO and proceeded to dec on them on the gas station.

@Jot If you know who is robbing the bank you don't go and dec on another gang, if you aren't sure who's hitting the bank anyone in the immediate 2km radius may be associated so you have plausible reason to shoot.

Yeah we knew who was hitting the bank but some other cop decided to dec on the other gang. But yes understood now ❤️

Declaring on rebels within 2km's of an active bank? Sounds like GD to me.

Yeap that was GD but, when SRT is down. Then we introduce ourselves 😄
