Refuelling motor boat with 1/3 of a tank remaining, accidentally moved characters position, causing refuelling to cancel.
The boats existing fuel (1/3 tank) had disappeared and boat was left with an empty tank as a result.

Motorboat with partial fuel in tank
Begin refuelling with jerry can
Break action, eg; move away or get in
Action cancelled, leaves fuel tank completely empty
