Treasure reck cycle

It runs in a rotation with the air drops and drug shipments which should be making a full loop ever 3ish hours. Is this not the case?

@Connor.    What I mean is can you try and make the time on treasure recks shorter than 2 hours? Because it gets kind of annoying when people jump onto the server and see that there's a treasure reck and not an air drop, so they have to wait for about 1 or 1/2 n hour just to get another drug shipment or airdrop

Treasure wrecks are a bit longer because theyre harder to find.
