I have past experience of being apart of human resources which is basically what Academy is. I believe I have what it takes to become apart of academy with my prior knowledge of what it is and what their responsibilities and powers they have I believe I can do fairly well within the division. I can adapt fairly quickly from learning the responsibilities and duties as an academy officer and can use them to my advantage whilst my time within Academy. What can you bring to the Academy? (50 words min)?: What I can bring to Academy is someone who knows what they are doing when it comes to enlistment paperwork. Someone who will take the position very seriously because it can be abused very easily. Someone who follows the rules that a provided for the whole entire academy team to follow in general. (50 Words min) I think I should deserve a shot at becoming a Sergeant because I believe I have what it takes to become this role. I believe if I do become a sergeant within General Duties I can offer so much more and deliver so much more to the APD as a whole as a Sergeant. I am wanting to help new people within the APD and I believe I can help them even more as a sergeant and help newly promoted senior constables teaching them and showing them the ropes as a Senior constable and as a CO. I have made a pretty good repetition within the Whole GD department itself with inside the APD. I believe I have what it takes to step into more of a supervisor position within the APD. I do have past experience with being a supervisor and a command member. I have been apart of the APD for approx 2 years on and off. When I was first apart of the APD was back in 2018 and I had reached the rank of Senior Constable and had gotten my way into SRT. I then rejoined the APD towards the end of last year and I have always enjoyed the APD with all of the great members that are in it. +1, Aza is a really good senior constable within GD and a CO There are a few times where he struggles but he always asks for help from his fellow officers and the sergeants.

+1, Hamme is a very good Senior Sergeant within the General Duties department. He is always assisting us, lower-ranking officers, in any way he can. He is very friendly and respected. Really deserves to become an Inspector for General Duties.

+1 Jooz has been a really good sergeant within general duties. Ever since Jooz has gotten sergeant he has always gone above and beyond.
