NOTE: THIS IS TO APPEAL THE DIVISIONAL STRIKE - NOT THE ONE MONTH PROBATION __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Name: LM Steam 64 ID (If Blacklisted): N/A Date of Disciplinary Action: 09/01/2019 What Disciplinary Action was placed against you: One month probation (Don't wish to appeal) and a Divisional Strike Who were you Disciplined by: Big Kev Reason for Disciplinary Action against you: "Torpedoing a SDV into bank" (Not great context) Why the appeal should be accepted: [50 Words] I believe this discipline should be appealed due to the following reasons: This does not break any PolAir nor APD protocol thus why I don't think it should hinder any Altis Police department proficiency and/or rank in such a server way being a 1 month probation and a divisional strike. As explained when taken up regarded this issue the objective of this was to roof insert an officer onto the roof of the bank via a SDV and to my knowledge the damage module was not functioning correctly (After doing some research into it this the SDV damage module and various other small fixes regarding it where resolved during a Bohemia Interactive Studios "SITREP" for Arma 3 approximately 2 months ago or so). The reasoning behind this plan was due to a hostage situation just a few kilometers south of the Westpac bank where this issue occurred was warped up as the Bank was triggered. As a result of the velocity and the trajectory of the SDV not being accounted for, the SDV unintentionally pitched it's nose 70° down to the ground and exploded not causing any collateral damage to buildings or players whom where not the 2 (including myself) involved with the failed plan in which we intended to drop in straight down onto the roof. Any other information: N/A _________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

I personally have not done crafting in a while, but when I did post wipe I was crafting black level 4 vests, all Gillies and burgers in the Lord of 20 to 30. Crafting should by no means be easy, but neither impossible to do so. It should be utter agony starting out but once your feet are in the ground it should roll on nicely. This is exactly what the old crafting system had, and as Truma said and understood sexy to nothing perfectly, you should keep the same old system but introduce items such as olive level 5 vests and excluding Navids and all other removed weaponry.

When you are on low fuel after pulling out a Hummingbird out, it will Hint the new GUI saying "I hope you can run, because you have run out of fuel etc." This message will be spammed aprox. 8 times every second.

At the current prison I can swoop in with a humming bird, taru if need be, and get anyone out of there. This is giving me a whole airfield to land. It needs a roof. -LM

Basics: - General Alias: LM In-Game Role Play Name: LM TeamSpeak Name: LM' Age (Minimum 15): 14 (was approved for the age test when It was introduced) Steam 64 ID/Player ID: http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198158262401/ Questionnaire: - Why were you removed from the APD? I left at my own will. Why should you be reenlisted back into the APD? (50 Words Min) I think I should be back in the APD because I love the role play, I know all the SOPs, enjoy doing simple things such as processing someone, love the POLAIR division (was told it is no longer a division though ); I would also like to improve the current state of the APD and bring more people to Melbourne, and Bris stations as they are slowly dying. But mainly because I am experienced being a former Senior Constable, POLAIR Flight Officer and SRT Bravo Team officer + sharpshooter and because I love the APD. If you enlist into the APD, where do you see yourself in 3 months?: In three mouths I see myself back as a POLAIR Flight officer and Senior Constable. What do you believe you can bring to the Altis Police Department ?: (50 Words Min) I believe that I can help improve the APD as a friendly community by helping out people where I can, improve the role play, instead of set to kill mode, bring back the Melbourne and Brisbane police stations as they are slowly dying off as said before; but make POLAIR a division again; as flying takes a lot of practice, skill, knowledge etc.. NOT auto hover landings which I see way to many of. For example I have 1134 Arma 3 hours; 600+ of those would be flying. Are you up to date with the new Police Protocols that were in effect as of 04/06/2017? Yes How much time can you dedicate to the Altis Police Department?: From a few hours a week to 16+ a week. Depends how I feel at the time. If you were demoted for any reason other than Inactivity, you are required to have at least two referrals from a Sergeant or above. Who are you referrals (@their forum name): Was told this is not needed as I left at my own will.
