For the server to grow we need to let the newcomers have some sort of way to climb the ranks and this is key to having something successful, the fact that it’s hard for civilians to make money is an issue that will drive away the population eventually. We need to create a sort of way to get started whether it’s to grind just enough to hire a helicopter to try something larger. If they lose the helicopter on their run they need something to fall back on like an incredibly easy and safe way to make money that the rebels won’t or can’t touch, such as something in city limits or what not. Edit - we need to start brainstorming and possibly get some of the civilians ideas to help gauge what we really need.

I feel that the current 3 drugs are getting stale and boring, the server use to have 4 and I think it should be added back with one run taking multiple processes but paying back quite a lot more than heroin. This could turn the rebel’s vision from the lower tiers to strive for the big drugs giving more time for the civilians to build up an economy safer. New ways of making money could be updated every so often to keep it fresh and interesting.
