    Public cop or EMS is a great way to earn money when starting out due to the huge checkpoint. EMS in particular grants you a good amount of freedom so that you can do it AND there's zero risk. Cop can make more money if you get a few good arrests or impound expensive vehicles. Another good way is to buy a pickup truck, and go mining.
