but add more. I honestly also would add that the Rank of Snr Sgt+ or Division on the police cannot be any higher than Gang member, do there Proticals that have been place on to them

Now i'm pretty sure that everyone who does copper/iron runs, will/have dealt with people (better would of been used, but in a couple of swear words) camping the trader, and you comply to their demands. But the Question is why could we just put a safe one there.

Positive

• Well it could help new people or old time players, who dislike gangs or like to solo themselves.
• It will make those robbers think better to wait till there leave to safe zone to get there money
• It could force them to engage the person en-route to the trader or leaving the Copper/Iron mines and make them processes the metal themselves
• Give people a chance to earn some money who are new to the server
• More fun and better role play
• Will stop trolls and what-not

Negatives 

• There will people running to a safe zone to save there gear or money
• Could be a influx of more money on the streets (more cars, helicopters, guns, etc.)
• Some other server side things that may impact on the server
• People camping outside of Trader
• Maybe more people coming to help desk with people breaking the server rules etc.

Now those are good points and all (could added more but couldn't think of any) and the safe zone doesn't have to big just enough to encase a small area to give people a chance to have fun and play without trolls always there camping cause there to lazy to go out there and role play with people
