It's going to have to remain something Sydney GD does.
All other checkpoints aren't used, and if they were there'd be rebel gangs targeting them non-stop (For RolePlay of course)

Maybe that's what people want, to be at checkpoints and interact with rebels more, maybe even "defend" the checkpoints from rebels, make the checkpoints 2 and 3 some sort of capture point.
