I enjoy this role because I have reason to believe that there are people within the APD that want to also want to achieve a better overall Arma 3 pilot skill that's where I would also like to focus my work within the Aviation unit. What do you hope to achieve in Aviation?: I hope to archive Senior Aviation officer within the academy unit. This position would also enable me to be able to act on what I stated previously while also continuing my pursuit in better Arma 3 piloting/training. I want to work my way up to a well-respected pilot of the APD providing professional piloting for APD officers. This including my divisional connection providing a professional/high skilled pilot for SRT, DET, etc. Why you over anyone else? I have the previous experience when it comes to specifically the APD aviation I am a past POLAIR pilot and Trainer I can utilize these past skills and experience and incorporate them into my work as an aviation officer. What Aviation level are you aiming for and why?: 2-3 I am not quite sure how it all works but if so this would be my desired level, incorporating my previous POLAIR rank of level 2 trainer would enable me to achieve higher, furthermore. How much experience with aviation do you have? (In and out of the game): In the game, I would say around a couple of hundred hours on piloting alone. Out of the game, not that much except for relatives acquiring piloting licenses Do you have any current or prior association with gangs/factions outside of the APD?: Negative (I am a detective) Have you ever been kicked/banned/watchlisted on StyrayaGaming? Lower officers already I believe look up to a person like me in this position being apart of Academy would enable me to be more expressed. Another point is enabling me to keep Academy at this rank and join Detectives and keep this rank. What can you bring to the Academy? (50 words min)?: I can bring personal, in-depth and professional training to many officers of the APD, because I quite enjoy doing the training of other officers because I love to show. I can bring confidence and a good image to the APD and this division. I will be a go-to training officer when someone needs it done when I'm on I will do it. I will take the weight off other officers shoulders and be there to support them in there time of need Do you wish to work primarily in Enlistment, Training or Documentation? Why? (50 words min)?: I wish to work primarily in Training because first, I want to be apart of Academy and have a role but nothing too intense since I am going for a dual Division partnership. (50 Words min) I believe I have put a considerable amount of time into the APD (since mid-2018), promoting me would enable me to access and exercise my personal best in helping fellow officers. I constantly take CO when there is no one wanting to or/and there is no one applicable I do since I significantly like taking CO and doing so in a neat, organised manner. My inductions are informative and go at the pace of the soon to be a recruit, I let them ask questions at any time throughout the induction and go into detail when asked since my knowledge of the APD and how it operates is extensive.
