Why the appeal should be accepted: [50 Words] Ok so I was at PD waiting for a partner, then I see milkdud talking outside the gate, he calls someone a ****, then walks in opening the gate, then another civ runs in, and I tase him, escort him out and tell him not to enter again. Milkdud then yells at me, tells me he was talking to him, which I said I couldn't hear(ts chatter), and I say that next time if that happens he should call it out in TS so we actually know. After that he says to drop all your shit and your on gate, then he gives me a suspended role, and kicks me from the channel. I feel as though this was a act of corruption, as he has just suspended me for accidently tasing his friend who I had no idea was with him, I clearly stated this, and told him that he should of said it in TS not just for me, but it helps other officers. At no point have I ever seen this happen to someone, this has happened with many senior constables, constables like myself, and higher, and they just get a warning. Not an instant suspension. Also side note, I don't see why you should be flying blackfish on GD less then 150 meters in the sky without CO approval, or even being in the TeamSpeak, not to mention almost hitting the ground, then polair. I feel as though these actions are a clear example of a mistake that was treated harshly. I hope this hasn't created any hate between some of the higher ranks and me/us, this wasn't intended to be this way, again I don't know why I am getting suspended for a simple mistake I couldn't hear over constant chatter in TS. When you go to the contractor base and access the clothing shop it gives you a bright white screen that does not go away unless you exit the shop. So you cannot see what you what you are going to buy looks like. Perhaps if you do this, give it no fly area's so that it has less chance of being miss used. Also make the deposit 2/3's of the price of the heli/plane it's transported in. EI: Delivering to say (fake) Sydney heliport, no fly zones include Melbourne, Brisbane, ext.. You have to follow a specific route. You can land at other heliports and refuel or deliver it there for less money. So say if there are 3 heliports and you have to deliver it from 1 to 3 but you deliver it at 2, you only get half the price, since 2 is in the middle. IF you fly in a no fly zone you start to loose your deposit, once it is all gone it notifies the police and they can come deal with you personally since you would be misusing it.
