I would want to try ans suggest adding a mayor system. Each citizen gets the right to vote a mayor for the two major citoes in the current map. -The mayor can hold absolute rules that will only be allowed within city limts as long as they follow the server rules. -mayors should also be able to adjust tax prices for everything. -mayors can be impeached through the police, Or the citizens. And it is to be publicly announced if it happens. The police is to act if the citizens are unable to act themselves. The police cannot impeach the mayor for the reason of being the sole authority over the citizens. The Police can also impeach the mayor if such laws he gives out does not have a "RP reason" Feel free to add stuff or criticise it.
