(50 Words min): I believe actions speak louder than words and through out my time as an Altis Police Department pleb I have consistently shown my dedication towards not only Academy but General Duties. My enthusiasm, friendly and humorous attitude towards all APD Officers, civilians and even rebels at times is definitely a huge talking point and possibly a chance to show that the APD has great officers within. Academy has been my main division for quite some time, the amount of work displayed currently plastered throughout all the training rooms is really a statement of my dedication and hard work. The Academy has definitely seen a major turn around since previous dictato- I mean leaders and I'm proud to say that I am a part of that change (hopefully for the better). I believe my position with the APD is definitely on the rise and far from over, hopefully together as command we can make the APD more professional and friendly force to be apart of (obviously being a hard ass at times is necessary). I believe we're on our way to make the APD the best it's been in quite a while and I'm incredibly excited to see what's going to happen next. +1 Over the past couple of months I have personally seen a dramatic increase in this mans ability to command and his eagerness/willingness to learn and improve himself is definitely why he deserves my recommendation.

+1 Aza time and time again displays his ability to lead other lower ranks and conducts himself professionally and accordingly. He shows his dedication to the APD well beyond others and the activity he displays is unmatched currently and definitely deserves recognition. I believe we have a great officer in our midst and with the right training and mentoring I guarantee we'll have a fine sergeant, hell, even an inspector. *one day

Being a sergeant would only allow me to propel myself further into the dynamics and complex workings of the APD which is where I want to be. My ability to handle a larger work load is displayed through academy as well through the many enlistments and trainings I've done which I'm not going to slow down on either. I believe I have good standing within the Altis Police Department along with the Civilians of Altis and I only plan on having an even better reputation/relation with both parties. I enjoy teaching people and helping people it's one of my main focuses and if I can do anything to help others or teach others ways to do something better I'll always go for that option. I'm a man who likes being given criticism of my work because it allows me to change my work to better others and help myself in the process on becoming a better person/worker. Teaching lower ranks is definitely a key aspect keeping the APD running because without competent teachers we get incompetent and misinformed workers. I guess my main focus would be helping with any sort of documents, trainings or teaching issues that come up so that we can work together to rectify any form of miscommunication. Miscommunication is a major issue sometimes and can be the downfall of work places luckily we have a great team currently helping to communicate, teach and alter documents so we don't have an issue like so. The academy team sounds like a great fit for me no matter the task because I enjoy teaching and training lower ranks the right thing because it's the satisfaction of seeing a person you've trained grow and evolve within the APD to become a bright and competent officer. I would like the honour of training people to experience myself the satisfaction of having trained/recruited a competent officer. Not to mention on top of that I have been asked to join the academy by JotJTX for which I can only presume is for my skills and previous trainings/work done with the APS. If there was a recommendation or "anything else" section I would've put it there. What can you bring to the Academy? (50 words min)?: I have many skills that can be used in Academy. My attention to detail, my activity, my work ethic and that's only to name a few. I have worked on documents such as training guides and protocols before and would love to continue doing so as I believe it would be a waste of my talent to not do so. Academy definitely needs more people to help out from what I hear and I am more than happy to take on the responsibility. Not to mention but to have such an active member would definitely bring attention to the Academy side, the real nuts and bolts of the APD. Do you wish to work primarily in Enlistment or Training? Why? (50 words min)?: Honestly, I can work in both. My skills I gained through the Altis Paramedic Service would allow me to function as both an enlistment and training officer as I did both during my time there. I am aware they may have slight changes to the way trainings are handled but it was the same for the APS which allowed me to freely do both inductions/whitelisting trainings and all trainings from combat response to aviation. Sure, the protocols for APS has indeed changed but that doesn't effect my ability to instruct/do trainings, nor does it impeded my ability to fill out paperwork. My skills are definitely an asset to both sides but then again to pick one or the other is incredibly hard as I'm more than happy to do both. "IF" I had to chose one it would be training as I see myself as a great trainer for those around me. How much time can you dedicate to the Altis Police Department Academy?: I can dedicate as much time as needed to the Academy Department as required/needed. I'm happy to be involved whenever and where ever necessary. I do play civilian sometimes but I can lower the amount to prioritise academy work. Have you ever been the subject of Disciplinary Action within the APD? If so when and why?: I think I had an extra week of Taser Probation when I first started playing cop. Other than that I have not. Conclusion: - Have you read the Altis Police Department Protocols?: Yes.
