This is the system we used to use on a previous server. I have no illusions it'll be implemented here, I have no idea of the coding for it, and the server kept the files locked up and never released them. However what would happen, you'd get the notification of a casualty, and you'd get a pop up stating what the injury was and then you'd get the treatment options, using the table attached, you'd have to give the correct treatment or you'd kill your casualty or have to do a hospital run. To many failed a casualties and you'd be looking at removal from the med service or a demotion and retraining.
