+1, Senior Sergeant is an amazingly hard worker that sets a high level for all inside of the APD. Hamme sets a very good example for all new recruits coming into the APD. Hamme deals with all situations in a calm and respectful way as well as getting the point across. He is a very dedicated officer and tries his best to be the best. We see him on gd and in the APD academy along with gaining level 3 polair. We see that Hamme is a very amazing asset to the team. This is why Senior Sergeant Hamme deserves to be promoted to Inspector.

Acknowledgement of Declaration: (Y/N) Basics: - Name on Database: Jacko177 Callsign: [K27W] Rank: Senior Constable Age: 15 Questionnaire: - Why do you want to join the Altis Police Department Academy (100 words min)?: I want to join the Altis police department academy to help out with enlistments and teach the new players/recruits in becoming better cops and progressing through the ranks. I also enjoy doing introductions and will really enjoy doing enlistments as well. I also enjoy doing training and want to help everyone else with their training. I want to help the Altis Police department become a better place with the police force. I also want to make it so the new officers coming through know how to act and know what to do in certain situations. I personally think that the Altis Police Department Academy could use a helping hand as they do not have many members to do training or enlistments. What can you bring to the Academy? (50 words min)?: I can bring a happy face to the Altis Police Department Academy team and help the new recruits realize that the enlistment training is not scary to do. I could also bring another academy member to help out the other members. I feel like I could help to lead the recruits and constables to a better place knowing what they are doing. I fell like I could bring a dedicated person myself to the team that will be happy to help in any situation. I feel like I could remaster some of the questions on the training as some get a bit confusing. This is why I think i would be good to be an academy member. Do you wish to work primarily in Enlistment or Training? Why? (50 words min)?: I wish to work primarily on enlistments but am also happy to do training the reason for this is to help out the academy where they are short-staffed and I also enjoyed my enlistments and as I said before I can bring a happy face to the team to make the recruits feel more welcomed into there training and not so scared if they are. I also enjoy helping everyone out. How much time can you dedicate to the Altis Police Department Academy?: 21+ Hours a week Have you ever been the subject of Disciplinary Action within the APD? If so when and why?: Yes, I got a warning for combat logging after I died because my dad was hassling me to get off but since then I have learnt my lesson to never break a rule for something like that again and you will see me on my best behaviour leading as a role model for recruits up to constables. Conclusion: - Have you read the Altis Police Department Protocols?: Yes By placing this application you acknowledge that any work you do for the APD can be edited by the Command Team and other Academy Officers without your consent. Any work you do for the APD remains the property of the APD. Any "Code Black" or confidential information you are given is to remain unreleased into the Community.
