Basically I don't play on SG anymore purely because I find Arma III a bit boring now as I have so many hours however once in a blue moon I visit my old community and see what is happening, what I have seen today is the biggest ****ing shit stain I have seen a very long time, your argument about James32 being purely at fault is just incorrect, first of all if you wish for this to change, where is your proof or how to fix it, where are your non-bias opinions that are based purely on fixing the server rather than verbally abusing him and making fun of him and his abilities on the forum and looking like an utter ****tard in the process. Legit I have never seen a positive suggestion/idea come from you within SG, you were a cancer to the staff team that constantly moved off topic and had no positive input and you are slandering people on the forums publically and doing just as shit of a job as you did back then, honestly, get a ****ing life, move on or make a proper suggestion that actually helps SG instead of bringing one of it's in my opinion, best developers and most dedicated staff members, you don't belong here go **** off to unflavoured thick shake town instead, I said my piece, don't be a ****wit, lata bolt.

I want to keep this short and sweet, basically I enjoyed myself and it was a lot of fun however exams are coming up and I have decided to retire as my role is to high for me to be sitting around inactive, this community needs a strong leader that is here all the time and works to the best of his ability. From next month onwards that will not be me, so I thank you all for supporting me and being apart of the community while I was around, it has been a lot of fun. I would like to thank @TrueBluefor giving me every chance under the sun so that I could be where I was, @Red for also doing that for me in the development sector and most importantly @LuckyB33f for putting up with all of my bullshit and memes, thanks guys I will see you around. As you all may know last night I replied to Augnov's helpdesk application showing that he had 'lied' about his in the form of breaking down the application and critiquing ever piece of it openly for you all to see, after looking back on my actions I did not think that something I would do as a joke with someone who I met outside of SG before I actually realised they were apart of SG would cause this much turmoil and drama, when I was copy and pasting it in the reply box I was thinking that It would be funny and that Augnov would approach me afterwards and talk about it with me and that we would laugh and to be quite honest with you all, he would get helpdesk, because the truthful part of that application is that he has been with SG for a long time and deserves that position, my actions in terms of having a joke with a friend have clearly been turned sour in terms of how the community feels and how Augnov feels, completely opposite of my intentions when created that reply. So for that I apologise to Augnov, that is not the way that someone of my stature should act towards a community member. As for the rest of the community, I am not going to openly discuss my goings on recently however those that are entitled to the apology will understand where I am coming from, recently my overall quality and behaviour has been extremely below par, I have been a shit head to be quite honest. I have not treated you all fairly in-game, in-helpdesk or in teamspeak. I am supposed to be somone that the community looks up to but lately it has been the opposite and you all look down on me, which I completely understand, and for that I would like to apologise to those who have been effected by this, you know who you are. Finally, I wish to turn this around as best as I can so from now on I will re-think my actions and view them from the perspective of a community member and think, will that action get me in trouble in terms of within the community, will that make me look bad etc. I have not been doing that lately but I assure you all of that is going to change as of now. So in conclusion, I apologise to @Augnov and the others who know who they are. I fucked up, big time. Please accept my apology. As most of you know how proud and righteous I am this has been difficult for me to write, so please appreciate it, or if not appreciate it recognise that I do care and that things will change.

I completely agree with everything you said, it would have been better off in a PM somewhere else, thanks for understanding and I agree, definitely a time and a place for everything and the forums wasn't one of those.
