Really nice work on the ghosthawk, are you trying to replicate the ADF's Blackhawk? Looks kinda similar

G'day all, Thought I'd like to bring up an idea for a future event. I'd like to get some members of strayagaming to participate in some CS:GO Pugs (pick-up games), this would be on a set day or whenever people like. Tell me what you think. Abit off-topic: Shoutout to @Red @Connor. @Korrupt Penguin in making this feat possible.

To @Zorgain's idea about police stations. With the current police stations, I don't believe this would make sense within roleplay, as they are more like military areas than police stations. I'd like to see the police stations(or atleast the Sydney one) become less militarized and more like police stations in real life(to the best of ArmA's capability). Maybe something to think about? Discuss, as always, I'd love to hear your feedback.

The only problem this could pose is the player base, not many people are willing to download a large modpack (Australian internet, for ya) just to play on a modded server. While it would be an amazing server, I don't think this would work in the long run, unfortunately.

Firstly, thank you for providing a no argument for this discussion, really appreciate it <3 EMS would, like their vehicles, be exempt from this rule because they are supposed to be a independent faction. What do you mean exactly by "When RDM gets fixed?" I see where you're coming from, I truly do. However I've experienced this first hand in a staff point of view, it wasn't really that different from where there wasn't body looting. I can see your reasonings as to why you may think this is 'bad roleplay', I don't believe this remotely any kind of bad roleplay as it is still perfectly good roleplay to loot somebody. Killers wouldn't just get free gear, there's an element of risk and reward, risk being getting shot or getting caught and the reward being the gear they've just obtained. Sorry if these responses are taken the wrong way, halfassed or any typos exist, me tired

I can see where you're coming from, but again easily fixed by having the offender give back what was stolen.

Take however long you need man, Straya will always be here to help you if you need anything. Have a fun break my man <3

This again, kind of brings the server together in a weird way, if the no declarations in side chat rule did come in, I would petition for side chat to stay in.

Hope your having a blast of a time, Yuri! See ya in a week, we'll try not to break anything

Really enjoying to watch, keep making some more!

I would love to see this, however there would always be the issue of, people not hearing certain people as ArmA always likes to be buggy and all, still something to think about. I would absolutely love to see some sort of job system in the game, to add more 'legal RP' into the game.

To the people that disliked: Can I have your opinion on why this shouldn't be allowed? Would love to hear your opinion.
  13. insanD

    I don't see a reason to restrict certain items/factions.

Hey all, As some of you may of know, I come from the OzzyGaming Police Force (Life server I come from), it was against protocol (rules) to display a lethal weapon(primary weapon) out in public without a proper reason i.e hostile situation, bank, etc. I'm a strong believer in enhancing the roleplay for everybody involved, that being said i believe it is beneficial for police to have their lethals not visible to civilians i.e in backpacks, cars. Now you may be asking, what about when the rebels come knocking? It wasn't really an issue having our lethals on hand always, as police shouldn't really be diving head first into the rebels. Instead you should always call for backup and retreat to find suitable cover for the threat displayed, this is when you should reveal your big bad rifle and take up a position to return fire. Pro tip: Your life, in roleplay is more valuable than catching the criminals. I would really like to see both sides of the spectrum on this idea (rebels, civilians, police). If you have any questions, please feel free to ask Warm regards, insanD

Believe me, Ozzy was no different. I have gotten into more hostile engagements on Ozzy than Straya.

I've always loved repairman/NRMA/towing roleplay, looking forward to seeing this implemented into Altis Life. 10/10 effort with the website and relevant documents.

To be perfectly honest, public slots are perfectly fine at 4 slots. I don't see a reason why we should have more. But +1 to the queue system.
