Do the staff need to be trained for Customer Service?
So this seems like a common question that gets thrown around the Altis Life Community, I'll give an example of a few things that have happened today. So tonight myself and @AUSIIImac21 took another player hostage and we told him "If you go and rob this bank for us we will cover you on the hills and split your payment and you will be let go" so this robbery starts happening and within 3 minutes of the SERVER ALERT going off I manage to kill 2 police officers, a 3rd one comes up the hill and then a message is sent out over the ENTIRE SERVER saying "HOLD FIRE AT THE BANK" and then Snowwie starts going off at me in side-chat saying I broke all these rules and I told him that it was all apart of role-play and that it should all be okay seeing as we were with the guy that was doing bank. I then get told to go to Altis Life Issues and whilst myself and don Pablo are up there they start going off at us saying that we broke multiple rules which included RDM, Baiting Cops and another one which I can't recall because it was so silly. We were trying to explain to them exactly what went down and told them it was all in good taste as it was role-play because it is a role-play server? I'm not sure whether this is a role-play server or a cops vs rebels server?
After this all went down I was banned for 1 Day for RDM. My friend Fragnarr got called a Smartass by Snowwie and then got banned a few minutes later all because he retaliated and called him a Smartass back, why are there double standards here? We're all human and they act like superiors with a greater power than us. I get that you're an a Staff member but you're there for Customer Service not to dictate and run the server like your little playground as you see fit. A few players get targeted by staff, this shouldn't happen. You shouldn't have to watch over us like hawks, the only reason you should be in contact with us is if we need help or there is an issue and not to just dictate the server as you see fit.
