(50 Words min) Because I believe it would benefit the department and myself because it gives me the chance more responsibilities and giving me the chance to help the lower ranks with anything that needs to be done. Some other reasons why I deserve promotion is that I’ve dedicated all of my time to the department and it gives me extra powers on ts3 which I desperately need since I’m currently in the academy division and really enjoy giving inductions to the new players which would allow me to properly give the lower ranks their tags correctly. Acknowledgement of Declaration: (Y/N) Yes Basics: - Name on Database: Robert Hill Callsign: K04S Rank: Senior Constable Age: 20 Questionnaire: - Why do you want to join the Altis Police Department Academy (100 words min)?: Because ever since I became Senior Constable and started doing some induction training for the new officers within the Police Department it has gotten me interested in helping and making sure that the newer officers understands the protocols and can do certain police events without having to be told what needs to be complete as well as how the database works by not confusing the ticketing and jail sentencing so that they don’t make any further mistakes as a Recruit during their time as a recruit by giving them helpful advice and answering and questions that would benefit them greatly. What can you bring to the Academy? (50 words min)?: Because I believe that with my dedication I would be able to make the APD stronger and more efficient with the academy officers alongside me. Making and changing the documents so that when doing events on patrol they are more descriptive and makes the Altis Police Department seem more professional than what the community thinks currently. Do you wish to work primarily in Enlistment, Training or Documentation? Why? (50 words min)?: I am happy to work in any of the areas as long as I am involved in a few of them and helping and discussing changes that would benefit the Police Department and as well as training new recruit and bringing them up to scratch. Also doing interviews to make sure that I bring a calm attitude so that person being interviewed doesn’t get stressed out during it. How much time can you dedicate to the Altis Police Department Academy?: I can dedicate the time I have left from dealing with patrols and inductions during the day.
