SPARROW FOR SGT Sparrow is a good officer with a lot of good attributes, however bit cocky but still a good guy. He does show dedication and has trained people in both Polair and GD. +1 But it depends on what you fancy |Senior Sergeant | Polair Commander | Jack Johnson |

AlexJ, being unknown is a good officer, he is impeccable whenever on GD and tries his best, he rarely breaks rules and as stated, is a good role model. Some people say that to be eligible for a promotion you have to be on GD 24/7 but AlexJ has shown otherwise in the way that he handles himself in the background away from the game. Keep up the good work Alex and good luck!

Sergeant Promotion Application Note: By placing this application you are not in-titled to Sergeant and can be denied as well as issued a non-apply period of no less than 1 week. Do not bother anyone about you application, if you do it will be hidden. Name: Jack. Johnson Callsign: K01E Rank: Leading Senior Constable Training Completed By: Augnov for both CO and leadership training Why do you deserve a promotion? (50 Words min) I am going to be completely honest, I know that I'm not the best candidate for the job of sergeant, I know that I'm not the most liked person on the APD, but yet that's still not stopping me from applying for this role as Sergeant. Furthermore, after all, we all make mistakes, however, in saying that I feel as if I make minor mistakes compared to others, but I'm not ruling out the inevitability of me making a bigger mistake. Likewise, I feel as if I am a proficient leader when it comes to GD and Banks, mainly because I help to keep all communications clear and necessary and put the lives of the officers as the number one priority. Additionally as recently being appointed POLAIR 2IC, I feel as if those leadership characteristics from POLAIR will come in to good use as a sergeant and as a Junior Leader of the APD. As I mentioned, I know that I am not the best candidate for the job, but I will sure give it a good go and try to the best of my abilities to sustain a healthy relationship with those that I am leading and try to keep the APD a friendly, non hostile workplace for all officers. Thank You! Who would recommend you for a promotion? Constable Brendon Constable Nahla Sergeant Dynamiic Constable Virtual_Seahorse Leading Senior Constable Cougs Senior Constable Alexj

Might I add, he is only a PUBSLOT, as pub slots we all make mistakes and learn from them, yes he will have further training but that is no reason for him to be kicked off police.

Altis Police Department Police Academy Officer Application The Police Academy: The Altis Police Department Academy is the heart of Enlistment and Training within the APD as well as being charged with up holding stands. Senior Academy Officers are responsible for enforcing Protocol to all ranks from Sergeant and below, Junior Academy Officers enforce Protocol for Probationary Constables and Constables. The Police Academy is split into key areas, Enlistment and Training. Enlistment Officers are response for helping members of the Community join the APD and are also responsible for replying to Applications and conducting Interview with perspective Officers. Training Officers conduct training with the ranks from Probationary Constable up to Sergeant. Upon acceptance into the Academy you will be placed on a 1 week Trial and assigned your area. After this trial you may be come a Junior Academy Officer, you may also be removed from the Academy for failing the Trial. Declaration of Application: - By placing this Application you are not guaranteed placement in the Academy. Your Application for Academy Officer in the APD may be Denied if you answers do not meet the minimum word limit, you lie in your answers, have an unsatisfactory history of Server Rule Breaches/ Protocol Breaches or fail to agree and acknowledge all statements and declarations in this Application. You Application may also be Denied after an Interview with a member of the Academy Officer. If you application is Denied a time frame will be placed after which you may reapply. Acknowledgement of Declaration: (Yes/N) Basics: - Name on Database: Jack Johnson Callsign: [KO5W] Rank: Senior Constable Age: 13 turning 14 on the 18th Of December Questionnaire: - Why do you want to join the Altis Police Department Academy (100 words min)?: I would like to join the Altis Police Department Academy because I mainly enjoy training people and whenever I have the opportunity to train I do. The academy seems like a good experience due to the fact that it is completely different to what I usually do and is a little bit out of my comfort zone, which additionally makes it a good challenge to go on with. Furthermore, it is a sensational feeling once you have just trained someone and have made them happy because they get to participate in police activities once whitelisted and can feel what being in the APD is all about, Likewise, doing academy can keep me busy whilst on the server when, for example, I have no partner to go out with, my game won't load etc. Additionally, It would also be nice to gradually rank up and be able to train people on how to for example be a good police role model/leader and teach higher ranked police personal etc. What can you bring to the Academy? (50 words min)?: I can bring organisation to the academy in the form of, for example documents being organised and or myself being organised and on top of things. Additionally, I can bring resilience in the form of not giving up during hardship and or a person who has just bought the game and needs to learn everything. Resilience can also be, being demoted and getting backup on your feet and finishing the job. Likewise, I can bring respect, in which everyone will be treated in a fair and safe manner, regardless of; race, religion, gender, sexuality and political stance. Do you wish to work in Enlistment or Training? Why? (50 words min)?: I feel as if I am capable for both of these roles but if I had to chose a preferred one it would have to be enlistment due to the feeling of making someone happy upon joining the APD, but if that is full I am fine with being a Trainer, to be honest it is fun training people. Training is fun because it also tests the trainer on what he knows himself, sorry to use an IRL example, but with the extracurricular activity I do, I had to teach a class and it feels like an accomplishment once you've done so because, you know that they listened and now have a greater knowledge. How much time can you dedicate to the Altis Police Department?: I am on usually everyday unless I have something on, but I am unable to get on, on Thursday due to an extracurricular activity. This means that on AVG I am on Altis Life 5 days a week. I will dedicate as much time as possible. Have you ever been the subject of Disciplinary Action within the APD? If so when and why? Yes I have received a disciplinary action, it occurred between the months May and August, it was due to me knocking someone down through windows due to that particular person running people over, but seeing as that person at hand died due to the crash I was demoted. But I have learnt from my mistake and shall never do such thing again. I also feel as if it was biased due to the victim being Snowwie once he was retired. Smokey I understand you were the higher up dealing with the issue and I am not having a spit at you, it is over and done with now. Conclusion: - Have you read the Altis Police Department Protocols?: (Yes/N) Have you read the Altis Police Department Academy Staff Guidelines?: (Yes/N) Do you acknowledge that by partaking in illegal or 'Rebel' activities you do not have the right to apply for Speciality Divisions within the APD such as SRT, POLAIR, Detectives and The Police Academy: (Yes/N)

Name: Jack Johnson Callsign: Was K22W, now 024W Date of Disciplinary Action: 27th of August 2017 What Disciplinary Action was placed against you: Tasers for a week and demoted from Senior Constable to Constable Who were you Disciplined by: Nigel Gluesniff Reason for Disciplinary Action against you: I knocked people down through Windshields, after the disciplinary action, I read through the SOP's and it says they were not hostile, even though one of them was a guy who ran over three people and the other was wanted for two counts of manslaughter and was armed(that is not hostile supposedly(not trying to give attitude)) Why the appeal should be accepted: I feel as if the appeal should be accepted because I was not warned that what I was doing was wrong and instead the disciplinary action occurred straight away. I also feel as if the suspects were hostile through my eyes and didn't want to risk my life or the other officers life that was there(Matt Foster). Also seeing as one of the suspects is Snowwie or a retired staff member, I feel as if favouritism might have been used. And now that I have been told what I did wrong, I now know that I did something wrong, which means I won't do it again. All I needed was to be told what I did wrong, not be demoted and not to have Tasers only for a week. Thank You For Reading My Appeal
