Can we please make the Pharma a part of the 2 hour cooldown between Robbery's. Everytime I go on GD I spend 15 minutes gearing up and down from Robberys because there is one every 30-45 minutes. Am I insane or is this just me.

I'd prefer to go to a bank than do GD in Sydney without anyone else.

Altis Police Department Full Time Enlistment Application Limitations of Probationary Constable: Probationary Constable are the lowest ranked Officers within the APD employed Full Time. Probationary Constable is a learning phase and will be very similar to Public Slot Officers. The Command Team reserve the right to suspend and remove any person of any rank from the APD if no improvements have shown in following procedure and protocols or if server rules are constantly being broken (including other Factions). Officers on Probation; by nature face stricter punishment. No Officer is allowed to Patrol by themselves. Probationary Constables must, when available, Patrol with an Officer of higher rank. Probationary Constables can at no stage part take in Highway Patrol within the first 2 weeks of Enlistment and should only be operating Police SUVs for Patrols. In the first week as a Probationary Constable, lethal weapons may not be used at all. With the appropriate training, Recruits may take out lethal weapons to respond to situations with permission from the Commanding Officer or a member of Command. To be eligible for a promotion, Probationary Constable must have all training completed, played for at least two weeks, and have at least 10 hours played as an Officer as a minimum. This requirement can be exempt by the Chief Superintendent. *Please note prior to the submission of this application it is imperative that you have gone through the APD Protocols found here. Altis Police Department Police Academy Officer Application The Police Academy: The Altis Police Department Academy is the heart of Enlistment and Training within the APD as well as being charged with up holding standards. Senior Academy Officers have the responsibility of advising and strictly examining the progression and development of Probationary Constables with the Altis Police Department. Junior Academy Officers have the responsibility of maintaining and upholding a suitable standard for interviews towards recruits and officers applying for the Altis Police Department. The Police Academy is split into key areas, Enlistment, Training and Documentation. Enlistment Officers are response for helping members of the Community join the APD and are also responsible for replying to Applications and conducting Interview with perspective Officers. Training Officers conduct training with the ranks from Probationary Constable up to Sergeant. Documentation Officers operate all documents and forms used for the monitoring of the progression and development to benefit training, enlistment, re-enlistment and general duties amongst the Academy Team. Upon acceptance into the Academy you will be placed on a minimum 1 week Trial and assigned your tasking/role. Giving Senior Constables extra permissions may seem like a logical idea for someone like yourself who would be trusted in the position, however we hold of it until Sergeant because most officer who reach Sergeant are trustworthy enough to receive the extra power. This is not always the case for Senior Constable so it is pretty much just a safety barrier to prevent any issues. My advice is to work your ass off and get to Sergeant as quick as you can if you are looking for that extra power. (That or try apply Academy )

In command the Altis life laws are currently in disussion. Nothing is confirmed but to my knowledge I believe the Altis laws are currently being reworked so no action will be made regarding an addition to training or change to processing.
