The city is yours. Similar to the way police are in a city it will be run by the rebels. If you wanna go full RP you could probably start laying down some form of laws but that assuming you beat the second wave of Police as well as the first.

Think bank in itself needs to be redone for combat rather than roleplay as realistically the bank isn't used for anything else.

Should be Civilian VS Civilian: i.e Contractors dealing directly with Rebel gangs & cartels trying to defeat their purpose (i.e Causing general turmoil between civilian and police.) > Government (cop) Interference

I believe that Chadd would be a great Sergeant as he knows how to make decisions as CO and makes them confidentely. He definately still has great progress to be made however with the right guidence he would fit the role well. As well as that general behaviour needs to be changed to portray a more professional officer. +1

Because at the end of them only rebel can complain about the use of Navids.
