Your 1 week probation period is just so that we can evaluate your position to decide whether to keep you or not. After finishing your 1 week period you are still the rank of prob constable only difference is now you can use your knockdowns/lethals on GD. To get promoted to constable you still need to complete both your trainings as well as be seen by higher-ups as promotable.

(Believe suspension was removed) Who were you Disciplined by: Daywalker Reason for Disciplinary Action against you: There was a situation just north of Sydney so myself & Peanut (my partner) just start heading up there from PD. Upon getting there we stop just North of Construction and we're being shot at from officer so we focus our attention there. While we're being shot at an SUV headed Southbound stop next to us and the passenger has full rebel gear AK and all I managed to knock both the driver and passenger down when they got out but Peanut died. The passenger logged and the driver was on the floor in the knock down animation. I then decide to shoot him because I was being shot at from too many locations and assumed he was going to log aswell. He then tells Daywalker this and I recieve the discipline for it. Why the appeal should be accepted: [50 Words] I believe that it should because removed because after talking to Ghillie (the driver I shot) he said that he was just annoyed in the moment and is going to talk to Daywalker about removing it (in which he did) Daywalker still hasn't got around to doing this now. I also talked to ghillie about his mate who logged and he said he was just driving him around with his rebel gear stopping letting him get out and RDM then rinse repeat. Any other information: I don't feel that I should have got the discipline I did for dealing with trolls in the manner I had. I'm sure I could have dealt with it better but I also don't believe my punishment was just.

Basics: - Name on Database: Michael Steiner Callsign: K19S Rank: Senior Constable Age: 15 Questionnaire: - Why do you want to join the Altis Police Department Academy (100 words min)?: I would like to rejoin Academy because I believe that I am a useful asset to the team as proved from my time I had spent there, since leaving I had taken a break completely of really playing games as I had lost the fire in me I had to play them. After coming back I have regained the inspiration I needed to persevere on cop like I once had when I started. Academy is one of the most highly respected divisions on cop and I would like to show that I still have what it takes to perform in a role there, I alos believe that I'm a hard worker and could be a great use to the team like I once was. What can you bring to the Academy? (50 words min)?: I believe that I can bring a positive attitude to towards all member of the APD and provide great experience which I can pass down to other officers so that they can become respectable officers. As a hard work I will also be able to complete all the necessary paperwork aswell as anything that is needed. I also would see myself as a reliable person as I'm frequently online unless I'm not home so I will alot of the time always be there if something is required of an Academy member.
