Why you getting rid of MK20 on rebel side I kind of think they need some sort of marksman rifle to counter cops in fed or otherness banks ???

I reckon people will start to get annoyed re making the gang the whole time but can I ask how does it fix if someone joins after server wipe when all the gangs are created again??? And the leader needs to he be on to create the gang.
