    From what I seen alot of civ's lost a lot of gear for absolutely no reason so I mean help-desk could also be an option. I also stongly suggest doing it as they didn't only break protocols they broke MANY server rules and that should not be excused just because they're a member of cabinet a high-ranking cop and or a staff member of the server doesn't give them a free pass... break rules get punished.
