(50 Words min) I believe that i have the qualities of discipline, critical thinking, conflict resolution, and a sense of teamwork in me which are desperately needed in a sergeant. Also since the day I joined the APD i have never been subject to any kind of police disciplinary action and have been performing my duties diligently which shows my character, whenever possible i have guided and helped the new recruits to the best of my ability and helped them grow. I do not wish to control the recruits and junior officers, rather I wish to be their mentor and help them reach their goal at the APD. By becoming a sergeant I wish to be the link between the recruits, prob constables, constables and the cabinet by being a ice breaker. I believe that promotions are given to people who deserve them and they shouldn't be asked. But i must follow the policy made by the management and therefore I'm submitting my expression of interest. Who would recommend you for a promotion?
