    Fix sidearms despawning

    Sidearms now despawn if not picked up by EMS, however if they pickup a primary first there is no option to pick up sidearms.

    Reproducibility: Always
    Steps To Reproduce:

    Die with a sidearm and primary.

    Pickup primary.

    Get pissed off as your a cop who just lost a taser.

    Last I checked, I believe sidearm dropping is intentional but I'm not too sure about them de-spawning after primaries are picked up as I haven't experienced that yet.
