Patch kits in cars

I realised that when taking a patch kit in every car I've tried so far (All Altis Delivery trucks, SUV and both Hatchbacks causes this error. It also says that it failed to administer the patch kit, yet it disappears from inventory. Its kinda major cause it caused me to get shot a few times when I was fleeing from cops and hiding, but my head peaked over the wall and i got tased.

Notes:

- Car is still fully driveable

- Can be corrected by re entering the car or putting on seatbelt (But can be activated with belt on)

- Can not shoot weapon

- Can give the good ol razzle dazzle with your hands if you turn the car
