From Atomics Pov im 100% certain that he heard me loud and clear and he couldve followed that information to his teammates but since the situation/issue has already been dealth with, theres no point in playing the ''blame game''. I had no intentions on a dec, especially on 6 people who were in striders and thats why i took it to HD because it was labeled as rdm. If you really think i was baiting them to be banned than thats just your opinion and its fine, but during the HD case everyone decided that it was the right thing to do.

Its an issue regarding a dec not an issue regarding on regarding on someone elses opinions of whether someone is a joke or not...

If you really want to know, no I believe that I've always sent a proper dec which includes a statement, action and consequence. Hence why I've never been banned for a 'failed dec' or 'invalid dec' before.

Just some back story before anyone else tries to blast into me again, we rocked up with 3 people around 6-7 aobe members who were all in striders... the enviroment was chill and for the most part everyone seemed to be in a ''memey'' mood. One of our boys even stole one of their strider and drove around with it, everyone laughed it off so i thought a simple joke wouldnt hurt. *Grabs popcorn*

Thats just me assuming that he would be more aware of the rules but regardless if you're a staff or retired staff everyone should look well into the server rules before going onto the server, its as simple as that. Than that'll just be rdm wouldnt it? Not my fault they had bad coms or couldnt hear me properly... and besides he's a retired staff, he should know the rules enough to not shoot. probably should be less trigger happy next time. (thats just my opinion) There were also 4-6 staff members who agreed that it was rdm, so i dont know why you're blaming it on me lol.

I myself was there at the fed and everything that chow has wrote is true... we were mistreated and were delt with in a bias manner. I've already submitted a ban appeal to hopefully not get our stuff wiped but it probably wont happen. I would say more but itll just result in a forums ban or community ban.

Although I may not know you or have felt the pain you've gone through, i am deeply sorry to hear about this medical disorder that's restricting you from enjoying certain things in life... I am at a lost for words on what else to say... im just touched on how you continually manage to fight back and stay strong even as things seems slim... Well this is a spicy topic isnt it? I might aswell put my 2 cents into this... Imo if nothing changes to get a balance out the two sides (cops and civs/rebels) than we'll see more and more gangs slowing dying or going onto other servers... I myself had slowly strived away from the server as there is nothing to do on rebels besides from the occasional airdrop/shipment or bank. Its just the same thing everyday and its getting really bland.
