I have been on many different servers with roles including training spec ops to helping with database/protocol and I can only continue this if I have a position on the Atlis APD. When was the last time you played consistently on Cop?: About 3 months ago If you are enlisted into the APD, where do you see yourself in 3 months?: As a loyal and reliable member of the apd serving Altis as best I can to my best of ability. I believe that my decisions in situations are made with a fair but just mindset so that no one is treated unequally. As a newly enlisted member, I can bring new insight to the apd with my experience. What do you believe you can bring to the Altis Police Department?: (50 Words Min) I believe I could bring a positive attitude which will inspire other officers to try their best, a leadership ability that allows me to; influence the behavior of others positively, coordinate officers and resources in order to fulfill desired tasks, and maintain the morale of officers which will increase their effectiveness and desire to continue improving. And I can bring a considerable amount of experience to the police force. This has been going on since i joined the server. the contractors that the cops employ run around with silenced 6.5 assault rifles shooting civ as they please and the cops follow closely behind with a heli with 2 lmg side gunners. It now the latest thing to carry a big gun with lethal loaded. there is also a lot of bias decisions made by the cops because of the tag above there head not what they are doing at that current time like pulling out hunters with srt gear because someone is known to be with a group or have a 9mm pistol on them
