SilentKiller is a loyal cop who continued to play on the server even when the population has been down, he has shown dedication towards the APD, he has also had experience being Sergeant before and stepping up the division's ladder as he has had the experience of being Team Lead of the once-great former division POLAIR.

Tbh the times most servers are at there peak is when it launches, wipe or change map. The only problem with changing maps on a regular basis means that 1. it requires a lot of work (mostly for the map dev) 2. It sometimes prevents players who don’t have all the dlc from playing on the server if maps like Tonoa & the new Alien map however if you choose not to not to implement dlc maps there is only Malden and Altis which really work as life servers. Tonoa would attract a few players but the alien map would attract a lot of players with the dlc as there is no server I know of at least which offers a life server on that map & like I said above deter people from Playing on the server as they don’t own the dlc

A new map every 6 months would be a cool idea and would attract people to the server as it’s something which isn’t done anywhere else but at the same time it’s uncharted waters?? Tonoa Malden Altis

I can explain that one, i was breaking into the BFB house outside of SYD market after they killed 6 cops in a decleration, or the other situation where they BFB had a hostage .

There are 2 major problems in my opinion 1. Mbolt mentioned it already however letting people Alt + F4 that it will just make it easier for IX to break NLR and thats kinda ****ed because 99% cops dont play like that against IX and its ****ing up situations for cops when you return and kill a few players. 2. Killing people and getting them to respawn is how cops earn there money (unless you want to be tased) and you logging each time you guys die really starts to drain the money cops have.

(50 Words min) I believe i deserve a promotion for the following reasons Firstly, the dedication i have put into the APD, from the time i put into commanding, training and documentation. Secondly the documentation i have done in the past & in the present with changing the trainings to slide format and updating the format today. Thirdly the consistency of the quality of the work and the hours i have put in Sergeant is one of the larger stepping stone before command, its the rank where you gain the ability to train lower ranks & give tags & command operations and banks, however sergeant is also the first time you would be training white listed officers. The step to sergeant for myself would be slightly smaller as i am an academy officer and already complete half the role of sergeant however a promotion like this would allow to more successful complete my role within academy, and would remove my reliance on other sergeant to do thing like add tags and move recruits to training room, and would also allow me to move other members who need polair & GD training to the dedicated rooms. A promotion to sergeant would also allow me to now conduct senior constable trainings, this would again improve my capability within academy. Phatballz is an officer i had the privilege to watch, develop his skills in the APD, he first joined as a useless officer (Was introverted and refused to talk on radio) but proved to be useful cop as he is quick on his toes and learnt quickly, from there he progressed through the ranks, and i believe he has earn his next promotion to sergeant, due to his activity within Academy & detective, Quality of training and development of CO skills. In the end i believe a promotion to sergeant for phatballz will allow him to progress further within the APD, not only including his Development as a higher rank but will also develop with the experience of the promotion with the new skills he will learn which comes with the new rank.

I don't know how such a large change would effect the community however i don't think it would be a welcomed one, however the only time i think a change like this could be made would be 2 weeks before a wipe.

Zac - "Snior Sergeant Ash" Except for only spelling my rank wrong, Zac is a great senior constable and takes CO 100% of the time when i ask if anyone wants CO, he has also improved being a CO during large ops (Banks & Hostage Negotiations), He went from letting GD do what they fell what was right to commanding and constantly giving orders and people things to do. Overall Zac progressed a large amount in the short time he was senior constable and he will make a great SGT and i would love to see where he goes in the future. ?
